Anna Mae Holland, 90, Camby, died peacefully July 9, 2013. She was born May 29, 1923, in Swayzee, Indiana, to Lena and Chauncey Lucas. She married Gene F. Holland on November 30, 1945, and he preceded her in death on January 3, 2002.
She was employed as a beautician for several years, then worked for 20 years for five doctors, first as a medical transcriber and then as their office manager.
She was a member of the Church at Mount Gilead, Sundown Saddle Club, a life member of the Mooresville VFW Post 1111, Gold Wings Road Riders Association, Silver Wheels Motorcycle Club, the German-American Klub of Indianapolis and was a board member and past president of the Leona Lake Association.
Survivors include Cindy and Bethany Heginbotham, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
According to her wishes, services will not be observed. Cremation will take place at the Morgan County Crematory. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund at the Church at Mt. Gilead, 5019 East SR 144, Mooresville, IN 46158.
