Barbara Sue Ricketts
66, of Mooresville, passed away on September 1, 2020 at her home, surrounded by her family after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Barbara was born on February 4, 1954 in Corinth, Kentucky to the late Betty (Gordon) and Charles Snyder.

Barbara worked as a sales associate for Swifty and Crystal Flash Gas stations for many years. Family was everything to Barbara. She married the late Lowell Ricketts and together they had four children, Charles, Lowell “Dewey”, Sue and Jennifer. She was always there to lend an ear to listen, give wise advice or a kick in the behind when needed. She enjoyed crochet and listening to old country music. She will be missed by all.

She is survived by her sons Charles (Billie) Ricketts, Lowell “Dewey” (Natasha) Ricketts; daughters Sue (Alan) May, Jennifer Ricketts; brothers Floyd, David, Bill, Jeff Snyder; sisters Janet Horner, Dorothy Jones; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8th from 4-8pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, with services Wednesday, September 9th at 11am in the funeral home.
