Betty Jeanette Wagner (Booher)

80 of Chesapeake, OH, formerly a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, IN, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, KY. She was born September 9, 1939 in Darlington, IN, daughter of the late Chester Booher and Edith Twitty York.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Dean Wagner Sr. and one brother Robert Booher.

She is survived by one daughter, Jeannie Logan; five sons, Ronald Dean Wagner Jr. and wife Judy, Terry Lee Wagner and wife Vickie, Jerry Allen Wagner and wife Michelle, Larry Wayne Wagner and wife Teresa and Edward Louis Wagner and wife Bianca; two sisters, Sandra Borgan and Shirley Drussels; one brother, Joseph York; 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and many nieces nephews.

Betty was a care giver to her late husband and part owner of Wagner's Market. She finally retired after 20 years as a book Keeper for the Big Lot Company in Indianapolis. She was a member of the West Side Church of God for many years in Indianapolis until the church relocated. She then became a member of the Word of Life Church in Indianapolis.

Funeral service will be 2 PM Monday, February 24, 2020 at Word of Life Full Gospel Church, 525 Foltz Street, Indianapolis, IN 46241 with Pastor Jan Vanover officiating. Burial will follow at White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville, IN. Friends may visit two hours prior to the service at the Church.
