Brandi Lea Brewer

Brandi Lea Brewer, 42, Camby, passed away unexpectedly on May 13, 2023.  Brandi was born December 22, 1980, in Indianapolis, to the late Terri Lynn Thompson and Mark Brewer, who survives.

She attended Ben Davis High School and had worked in several restaurants, including Dairy Queen, Burger King, and managed a couple of pizza restaurants.  Brandi most recently worked at Love’s Distribution Center.  She spent time researching and working towards creating an online business.  Brandi enjoyed country music, cats, and was somewhat of an introvert.  She enjoyed marching to her own beat, yet she was strongly devoted to her family and loved ones. 

In addition to her mother, Brandi was preceded in death by grandparents, Raymond and Shirley Brewer. 

Survivors include her children, Kensie, Katlyn, and Kayden Shackelford; father, Mark (Debbie) Brewer; brother, Marc (Teddie) Brewer; Stepbrother, Joey Vibbert; Stepsisters, April and Kathy Vibbert; stepdaughter, Abigail Flores; fiancé, Steve Hyatt; maternal grandparents, David and Diana Thompson; grandchildren, Grayson Simon, Areya Shackelford, Aliyah Thompson, Genesis Flores, and Xavier Flores; nephews, Dylan and Devin Brewer. 

Brandi’s Life Celebration® Visitation and Funeral Service will be held at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Friday, May 19, 2023, with services following at 12 Noon.  Cremation will take place at the Morgan County Crematory.  Visit www.CarlisleBranson.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the online guest registry.
