Breck A. Brizendine, 62, Evansville, formerly of Mooresville, passed away January 13, 2021. Breck was born July 23, 1958, in Indianapolis, to the late Vaden and Janece (Cour) Brizendine.
He graduated from Mooresville High School in 1976 and later graduated from the University of Southern Indiana. Breck’s life was strongly focused on God and leading others to Jesus Christ. He was a part of a mission called JPUSA, Jesus People USA, for 20 years in Chicago. He also worked for various warehouses, FedEx and most recently for Riverwalk Assisted Living in Evansville. Breck lived a minimalistic life – always enjoyed writing, playing the guitar and photography. Following his father’s death, he became a caretaker for his late mother and her twin sister, Corliss. Breck will be fondly remembered by his family and many friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a his wife, Dorothee.
Survivors include three brothers, Mike (Marilyn), Steve (the late Shirley), and Mace (Amy Fox); several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services for Breck will begin at 1 p.m., Friday, January 22, 2021, in Washington Park North Cemetery, Indianapolis. He will be laid to rest next to his parents.
