Charles A. “Chuck” Ross
64, of Monrovia, passed away unexpectedly November 10, 2018 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Chuck was born on September 17, 1954 in Batesville, Indiana in to the late Charles E. Ross and Myrtle E. (Roberts) Ross.
After high school, Chuck embarked on a 45 year career for ConAgra serving in many capacities, most recently as a forklift driver. He married the love of his life, Brenda (Hellickson) Ross on July 16, 1976 and recently celebrated 42 years of marriage. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling with his family over the years. He will be missed very much.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister; Karen Schmidt.
He is survived by wife of 42 years; Brenda P. Ross, his children; Amy M. Sizemore, Charles “Danny” Ross, Elizabeth “Lisa” O’Brian and her husband Timothy, brothers; Darrell Ross, Ronald (Mary) Ross, Gary Ross, Dennis Ross, Kevin Ross, David (Karen) Ross, sister; Brenda Kay Paulson, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Chuck’s life, will be held Saturday from 4-7:30pm at Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, followed by a memorial service Saturday at 7:30pm in the funeral home.
