Charles "Chucky" William Weaver

Charles “Chucky” William Weaver, 64, of Mooresville, passed away at home Friday, February 28, 2020. He was born August 16, 1955 to the late Ernst and Bette Weaver.

Chucky earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida. He was a former police officer for Daytona Beach, Florida. Chucky was very passionate about truck driving and enjoyed being on the open road. The last truck company he was working for was Entrust. Chucky was a sports fanatic of all sports. Most of all Chucky enjoyed being with his fiancé, Janet, having many laughs and being full of life. His fun spirit is going to be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son and a brother.

Survivors include his fiancé, Janet Bartz and a son, Danny Turner.
