Charles Robert “Bob” Frentz
75, Martinsville, passed away on May 21, 2017 at home surrounded by his family. Bob was born on December 24, 1941 in Indianapolis to the late Benjamin Milton Frentz and Laura Katherine (Thompson) Frentz.
Charles worked as a truck driver for many years and achieved over 3 million miles of safe driving without an accident over those years! After retiring, he and his wife Carol worked as janitors for Monrovia Jr/Sr High for about 6 years. However, it was the love of his wife of over 50 years and his family he was most proud of and enjoyed spending time with them!
His survivors include his wife of 50 years, Carol (Nevels) Frentz, children; Thomas Joseph Frentz and his wife Sharon, Charles Robert Frentz Jr. and his wife Julie, Paul Allen Frentz and his wife Kathy, Diane Lynne Marsh and her husband Brian, Linda Kay Davis and her husband Gregg, Karen Sue Rader, two brothers; James Frentz of PA, George Frentz of Indianapolis, a sister; Nancy Ryan of Indianapolis, 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, who will miss Bob very much!
Visitation will be held Thursday May 25th from 4-8pm at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday May 26th at 10:00am at St Thomas More Catholic Church in Mooresville, where Bob and Carol were long time members. Inurnment will be in St Martin Catholic Cemetery in Martinsville at a later date.
