David "Donnie" Moore

David “Donnie” Moore, 77, Martinsville, passed away December 21, 2020. Mr. Moore was born October 27, 1943, in Martinsville, and was fortunate to have been raised by the late William and Lois (Martin) Moore.

He attended Monrovia High School. With a very strong work ethic, he was employed throughout the years mainly in the construction or truck driving trades. He retired from Edgewood Building Supply in 2005. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed splitting fire wood and working on vehicles. He loved all things having to do with wrestling and tried to attend as many live wrestling events as he could. David will be fondly remembered by a loving family and friends for his strength and love for those closest to him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vicky (Lane) Moore.

Survivors include his children, Mike (Angela), Angela (Mike) Johnson, Roger, and Donna (Geoffery) Stone; 15 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

Private family visitation will be observed at the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 29, 2020, 2:30 p.m., at Mt.
