Deborah VanWyngarden-Mann

April 16, 1956 — August 16, 2011

On August 16, 2011, heaven rejoiced as they received a new angel, Deborah C. VanWyngarden-Mann. Debbie was born April 16, 1956, to the late Jack and Catherine Collins in Indianapolis. Debbie spent many years in the floral industry before becoming a barber in Indianapolis. She had most recently been a nursing student at J. Evertt Light.

Debbie’s memories are left to be cherished by her loving husband and best friend, Billy Mann. On July 17, 1985, she gave birth to her one and only “baby boy”, Jonathan VanWyngarden. Debbie’s love then increased with the birth of “Nana’s Sunshine”, Riley Faith and Aden Roger-Jackson. Included in her family is step-daughter, Billy “Lady Bug” and grandchild, Londen. Debbie is also survived by her twin brother, Gary Collins; brothers, Mark Collins, Jack Harrington, and John Collins; sisters, Judy VanMeter, Cathy Smith, and Dawn Banning; sister-in-law, Becky Collins; loving niece, Julie Kopetsky; special friends, Tami and Michael Hilbert. She was preceded in death by Jonathan’s father, Roger VanWyngarden, her parents, and her loving brother, Jack Collins.

Honoring Debbie’s wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Tuxedo Park Baptist Church. Cremation will take place at the Morgan County Crematory, Mooresville. Arrangements are being handled by Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
