Debra McAdams Williamson Stapert, 62, Indianapolis, died December 7, 2015. Debra was born February 19, 1953, in Scotsville, Kentucky, to Willard “Ray” McAdams of Indianapolis and the late Frances (Jenkins) Robbins.
Deb worked as a bookkeeper for a period of time in the apartment industry. Primarily, she enjoyed raising her own children and caring for any child in need. She loved to sew, enjoyed listening to Reba McIntyre, Frankie Valli & the Four Season, and watching reality television shows. Deb will be fondly remembered for her loving and caring demeanor.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one son, Zakarya Williamson.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Stapert; sons, Chaston Rooks and Trynton Williamson; daughters, Stepani Rodriguez, Brean Williamson, and Nicole Williamson; father, Ray McAdams; brother, Kenneth Robbins; step-children, Josh Stapert, LaShanda Stapert, Alisha Stapert, and Ron Stapert; step-father, Charles Robbins; 12 grandchildren.
Friends and family will gather on Thursday, December 10, 2015, 5 to 7 p.m. in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Visit www.CarlisleBranson.com to share a favorite memory or to sign the online guest registry.
