Deward Lee King

 90 of Mooresville, passed away on January 22, 2024 at home, surrounded by his family. Deward was born on May 3, 1933 in Liberty, Kentucky to the late Chester B. King and Dille (Brown) King.

Deward proudly and honorably served in the U.S. Army. He was an independent contractor for Mayflower for 27 years, before retiring. He enjoyed bowling, and fishing as well as being an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris King and a brother and a sister.

He is survived by his sons Perry King, Brett King; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
