Diana L. Hall

Diana L. Hall, 62, Mooresville, died March 5, 2012, in St. Francis Hospital, Mooresville. Mrs. Hall was born April 22, 1949, in Springfield, Illinois, to the late John McGlauchlen and Georgie (Scott) McGlauchlen, who survives.

Mrs. Hall graduated from Martinsville High School in 1968. In addition to being a longtime truck driver with her husband, Diana carried newspapers for many years for the Indianapolis Star and the Hendricks County Flyer. She was a member of the American Legion Post #103 Auxiliary and a lifetime member of the VFW Post 1111 Auxiliary. Diana was a mother to many and loved children.

In addition to her father, Diana was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy McGlauchlen.

Survivors include her husband, Robert W. Hall, Sr., to whom she was united in marriage March 30, 1980; mother, Georgie (Scott) McGlauchlen of Mooresville; son, R.J. Hall (Rose) of Mooresville; brothers, Tom McGlauchlen (Becky) of Brooklyn and John McGlauchlen of Mooresville; sisters, Sue Miller (Ray) of Mooresville, Vickie Poole of Mooresville, and Candace McGee (Robert) of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren, David and Destiny Hall.

The funeral service will begin at 4 p.m., Friday, March 9, 2012, at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 1 p.m. Cremation will follow at the Morgan County Crematory, Mooresville.
