Diane Hamm, 80, Fishers, formerly of Mooresville, passed away after a sudden cardiac event August 15, 2021. Diane was born February 19, 1941, in Frankfort, Indiana, to the late Carl and Margaret (Knorr) Fredrickson.
She graduated from Frankfort High School in 1959 and studied commercial art at Purdue University. Diane was incredibly gifted with a keen sense of creativity. She owned and operated Cobwebs & Roses Florist for more than 20 years in Mooresville. She was a member of the Mooresville First United Methodist Church, Tri Kappa Sorority, Bay View Club, Purdue Alumni Association, and the John Purdue Club. Diane also volunteered her time at St. Francis Hospital and with the church’s Henderson Mission Group. Diane loved to travel, having been to all 50 states, but was especially fond of the western states. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens, watching the hummingbirds, and also enjoyed her various collectibles. Diane will be fondly remembered by her loving family and friends for her caring and gentle manner.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Robert Hamm; daughters, Kimberly (Rudy) Saldivar and Amanda (Brian) Dann; brother, Rob (Mary) Fredrickson.
Diane’s Life Celebration® visitation and service will be held at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, 39 E. High Street, Mooresville. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m., Saturday, August 21, 2021, with the service following at 3 p.m. In an effort to create a safe gathering, masks will be required.
