Duane Louis Weber

Duane Louis Weber passed away November 4, 2018. He was born November 28, 1962 to Louis and LaVon (Lloyd) Weber.

Duane graduated from Mooresville High School and I.U. Nursing School. He worked at St. Francis and I.U. Hospitals. Duane especially enjoyed taking care of his patients.

He loved going to craft shows, the Indiana State Fair, playing games, and shopping. Duane was the best hugger.

Duane was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and LaVon; sister, Diane Velpel; special aunt, Claries Parker; maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Elsie Lloyd and Sylvester and Mary Weber.

Survivors include his brother, David (Janice); nephews, Matthew (Julie), Joel (Kandi) and Nick Weber; brother-in-law, Geoff Velpel; nieces, Kelsi Velpel Almanzar (Hans) and Erin Velpel; great nephews, Benjamin, Levi, Samuel, and Elliott Weber; great niece Aria Almanzar; best friend, Ellen Douglass; uncle, Richard (Erna) Lloyd; many cousins.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 8, 2018, 5 to 8 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Friday, November 9, 2018, at the funeral home. Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery.
