Glenn D. Taylor, 68, Camby, died February 9, 2012, in St. Francis Hospital, Mooresville. Mr. Taylor was born September 18, 1943, in Indianapolis, to the late Robert Lee and Nora Taylor.
Glenn worked in the body shop business for many years and was the owner of Glenn’s Body Shop in Waverly. He enjoyed his friends and the camaraderie shared at the Mooresville American Legion and the Mooresville VFW.
Survivors include his son, Jayme Taylor of Mooresville; stepchildren, Darryl Lee of Camby, Buddy Lee of Little Point, Rhonda Smith of Monrovia, Tim Bennett of Mooresville; brothers, Clinton Taylor of Bargersville, Armel Taylor of Shelbyville, and Tilford Taylor of Greenwood; sisters, Armilda Phelps of Greenwood, and Doris Engleman of Franklin; grandchildren, Michael and Haley Taylor.
The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 4 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, February 14, 2012.
