Jack R. Hutcherson, 70, Monrovia, died November 15, 2011, in St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born on September 15, 1941, in Lafayette, Tennessee, to the late Elzie Hutcherson and Velma Lois (Bratton) Spears.
Jack grew up in Macon County, Tennessee, where he was a member of the Maple Grove Missionary Baptist No 2. Jack proudly served for the United States Army. He was a member of the American Legion in Mooresville and Teamsters 135. Jack was a truck driver for Advance and Trans Con. He took interest in Corvettes, Harleys, Tennessee’s basketball team, and spending time with friends at Main Street and Dawghouse Pizza. He will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.
He is survived by two daughters, Jaclyn Conyer (Jeff) of Mooresville and Natasha Grayson (Scott) of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Chloe, Savannah, Lilah, Jack Landon, and Amelia; former spouse, Marilyn Hutcherson.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, November 21, 2011, in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there on Sunday, November 20, 2011, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Rev. Charlie Paxton will officiate the service. Burial will be in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
