Jacqueline David Moffett Hardwick, 50, Waverly, died July 24, 2013. Jacquie was born January 4, 1963, in Beech Grove, to the late Bessie Jeanette (Merriman) David and Louis David, who survives.
She attended Mooresville High School and graduated from high school in Monterey, California. She had worked most recently at Dr. Tavel in Greenwood. Previously, Jacquie had worked at Casey’s in Mooresville, Designer Consigner Boutique, and for Pitney Bowes. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and was a coffee enthusiast. Jacquie was very style conscious and always took great pride in looking her best. Recently, she and her husband had attended the Church at Mt. Gilead.
Survivors include her husband, Jeffery D. Hardwick, to whom she was united in marriage September 22, 2006; son, William Richard Moffett, II of Muncie; father, Louis David of Eminence; step-daughter, Alisha Cora Hardwick of Waverly; sisters, Linda Russell of Brooklyn and Suzie David of Florida; brother, John David; half-brother, Rick David.
The funeral service will begin at 5 p.m., Sunday, July 28, 2013, in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 2 p.m. Cremation will follow at the Morgan County Crematory, Mooresville.
