James E. Moore, 61, Mooresville, died September 20, 2015, in the Emergency Room at St. Francis Hospital, Mooresville. Jim was born March 8, 1954, in Indianapolis, to the late Francis and Violet (Jacobs) Moore.
He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School in Indianapolis. He had worked as a driver and in quality control for Stuart’s Moving & Storage and for Graebel Van Lines. Jim attended Good Shepherd Baptist Church and loved his “little dogs”, Beebee Jean, Tinkerbell, and Roxie.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond Moore, David Moore, Sherry Moore, and Sandra Byers.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Ann (Baker) Moore, to whom he was united in marriage August 12, 1972; children, Teresia Lynch (Todd), Bobbie Jo Fleming and Raymond Moore; brother, Donald Moore; grandchildren, Anastasia, Savannah, Jacob, Kate, Randi Jo, John, Caitlyn, and Kayla.
The funeral service will begin at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, September 24, 2015, in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, with calling there from 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, September 23, 2015.
