Jeffrey Brackett
61, of Mooresville, passed away suddenly on August 27, 2019 at home. Jeff was born on February 6, 1958 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Robert Brackett and Mary (Kennedy) Brackett.
Jeff grew up in Indianapolis and was a graduate of George Washington High School. During this time, he worked at Burger Chef where he met the love of his life, Candy Parker. From there, they married, had four children and celebrated 42 years of marriage in 2019. Jeff worked various positions including car sales, electrical supply company and most recently for Omega Steel Fabrications in Mooresville.
He attended the Spring Hill Christian Center and enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing cards, basketball, watching sports and the History Channel. However, it was his family that brought him the most joy. He loved spending time with his wife, kids and grandkids. He will be greatly missed by all.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Gary, Kenneth Earl, David and Keith Brackett.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 42 years, Candy (Parker) Brackett; children Jason Brackett, Jeremy Brackett, Brittany Brackett, Joshua Brackett and 9 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday August 29th from 4-8pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 30th at 11:00am in the funeral home. Burial will follow the services in Floral Park Cemetery.
