Juan Sebastian Gil Quintero

Juan Sebastian Gil Quintero, 20, of Indianapolis, passed away suddenly on November 14, 2024, just four days shy of his 21st birthday. He was born in Bello, Colombia on November 18, 2003, to Juan Pablo Gil and Jhoana Elisabeth Quintero Quintero. Sebastian graduated from Institucion Educativa Natasha y Michael D. in 2020. He was currently working as a supervisor for Four A Construction and had been employed with the company for the last year. 

Sebastian was musically talented and enjoyed singing and playing guitar. He was a great cook – his hamburgers and beans were favorites! Sebastian liked trying new foods and seeing new places. He also enjoyed riding his Apache motorcycle.

Sebastian is survived by his fiancé, Angie Alejandra Vargas; his son, David Vargas; mother, Jhoana Elisabeth Quintero Quintero (Jorge Betancur); paternal grandfather, Rodrigo Gil; maternal grandmother, Socorro Quintero; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Sebastian was preceded in death by his father, Juan Pablo Gil; paternal grandmother, Gilma Agudelo; and maternal grandfather, Oscar de Jesus Quintero. 

Final arrangements and cremation is entrusted to Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville.
