June V. Harris-Hillman

June V. Harris-Hillman, 75, Mooresville, died January 30, 2014, in Homeview Health and Rehab, Franklin. June was born in Scranton County, Pennsylvania on May 16, 1938.

June was a hairdresser for 20 years and also enjoyed a successful real estate career with Carpenter Realtors for 24 years. In addition, she was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Mooresville and MIBOR.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Mary (Rose) Troy; husband, Charles Hillman; son, Johnny Harris; daughter-in-law, Karen Harris; brother, Clifford Rose.

Survivors include her children, Albert “Buddy” Harris (Kathy) and Steven Eugene Harris (Kathy), Helen Harris; stepchildren, Brad, Clay, Dana, and Doug; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and ‘the girls’ of Set-N-Style.

The funeral service will begin at 8 p.m., Monday, February 3, 2014 in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Friends may call from 6 p.m., prior to the service. Inurnment will be at a later date in the White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Morgan County Humane Society.
