Kenneth "Ken" R. Chestnut

Kenneth “Ken” R. Chestnut, 73, Indianapolis, passed away November 6, 2021. Ken was born February 6,1948, in Sanborn Indiana, to the late Don and Margaret (Wilson) Chestnut.

Survivors include his loving wife Diana L. Chestnut, 2 sisters, Pamela (Erol) Ham, Denise (Buddy) Dillingham, son Rick (Kelly) Chestnut, daughters, Kelly (Chris) Munoz, Katy (David) Eastes, Mary (Ricky) Holderfield, Kristina (Barry) Rearick, Kimberly Propes, Lisa Ramos and, 25 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren .

Ken is preceded in death, by his parents Don and Margaret Chestnut, brother, Van Chestnut and his first wife, Connie Chestnut (Williams).
Ken was an avid golfer and loved to spend time with his family and friends. Ken also served our country in the United States Marine Corps and served a tour in Vietnam. While in the Marine Corps Ken was also issued the Good Conduct medal for his time of service. Ken went on to retire in 2004 after working 30 plus years in the Iron Workers Local 22 Union of Lafayette Indiana.
