Kenneth M. Gray, 74, Mooresville, died August 24, 2013, in the Hearth at Tudor Gardens, Zionsville. Mr. Gray was born October 8, 1938, in Indianapolis, to the late Forrest and Mildred (Nay) Gray.
He graduated from Mooresville High School in 1957 and served in the Indiana National Guard. Mr. Gray was the co-owner of Gray Brothers Cafeteria with his late brother, Larry Gray, for many years. He enjoyed boating, many outdoor activities, and flying remote control airplanes. A dog lover, Mr. Gray was a breeder of Chinese Shar Peis. He will be missed by a loving family and many friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lawrence Gray and a grandson, Tyler Nusbaum.
Survivors include children, Michael Gray (Krista) of Lafayette; daughters, Christina Miller (Joseph) of Greenwood, and Theresa Nusbaum (Sjon) of Zionsville; grandchildren, Michael (Lindsey) and Devin Gray; Blake and Kyle Miller; Chloe, Christa, and Courtney Nusbaum; half-siblings, Glenda and Sonny.
Friends and family will gather to celebrate Mr. Gray’s life on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, 4 to 8 p.m., in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
