Kerry D. Lee

Kerry D. Lee, 52, Mooresville, passed away July 6, 2018, as a result of injuries sustained in a helicopter accident. Kerry was born May 8, 1966, in Indianapolis to the late Diane (Grissinger) Lee and Jeffery D. Lee, who survives.

Kerry graduated from Mooresville High School and was the co-owner, along with his fiancé Angela O’Farrell, of Central Indiana Ag Services. Kerry was an accomplished pilot and also enjoyed farming. Additionally, he was a bus driver for Mooresville Consolidate Schools. A fun-loving and very ambitious soul, Kerry would do anything to help his family or a friend. He enjoyed looking for that greatest deal on Craigslist or Barn Stormers. He was very mechanically inclined and could fix just about anything. He had many friends and could often be found catching up on the latest happenings at McDonalds. Kerry’s memory will be cherished by a loving family and many friends.

Survivors include his fiancé, Angela M. O’Farrell; son, Owen D. Lee; daughter, Morgan Craig; father, Jeffery D. Lee; brother, Barry D. Lee; sisters, Katrina (Robert) Parker and Kelly (Chris) Brooks; grandchildren, Alyssa Roach and Braelynn Coffee; niece and nephews, Dustin, Brianne, Mitch, Logan and Shelby.

Friend and family will gather on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, 4 to 8 p.m., in the sanctuary at the First United Methodist Church, 900 Indianapolis Road. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018, in the church. Pastors Dennis Payton and Terry Crist will co-officiate the service.
