Kimberly Ann "Kim" Joachim

Kimberly Ann “Kim” Joachim, 43, of Greenfield and formerly of Mooresville, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 13, 2017 at her residence in Greenfield. Kim was born in Indianapolis on June 28, 1973 to the late Sharon Lee (Vaughn) Calton and Larry W. Calton; her mother preceded her in death. On April 14, 2012 she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Kevin D. Joachim and he survives.

She was a graduate of Perry Meridian High School in Indianapolis and later attended IUPUI in Indianapolis. Kim worked in retail sales for many years and was most recently employed at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Brownsburg. She enjoyed making crafts and loved her work as a volunteer at the George T. Goodwin Community Center. A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, Kim’s memory will be forever cherished by her loving family and many friends.

Survivors include her loving husband, Kevin of Greenfield; her parents, Larry W. and Mary L. (Conolley) Calton of Indianapolis; her son, Trenten D. McQueen of Indianapolis; her sister, Kathy S. Calton of Denver, Colorado; two step-sisters, Roxie A. Bortner of Indianapolis and Amber I. (Kristopher) Miller of Camby; and her two step-brothers, Russell B. (Melissa) Hawn, III of Mooresville and Dustin T. (Lisa) Hawn of VanWert.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Kim Joachim from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 in the chapel at Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. Rev. Ron Wagner will officiate the funeral service on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the George T.
