Linda Ann Codomo, 89, Melbourne, Florida, passed away October 9, 2021, at Meadow Lakes in Mooresville. Linda was born November 18, 1931, in Indianapolis, the only child of Lynn Dismore and Evelyn Byrket. She married Richard Codomo on August 30, 1957, and he preceded her in death September 5, 2016.
Linda graduated from Ben Davis High School and maintained many relationships with her classmates, often planning trips back to Indiana around reunions. She also attended Butler University. Linda worked for Federal Civil Service for 22 years and later for Cracker Barrell. She and Rick enjoyed ballroom dancing, reading, traveling in their RV, and as a couple were significantly generous. Because they did not have children, every year around Christmas time, they would visit giving trees and return gifts to those in need. She also had a deep respect for the Navajo Indians and they were benefactors of Linda’s generosity. Linda volunteered at the West Palm Beach for many years and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. Along with Rick, her loves included animals, including her dachshunds.
Survivors include a host of cousins and friends.
