Linda Lou Tackett

Linda Lou (Walker) Tackett, 72, of Franklin, Indiana, passed away October 3, 2017. She was born October 3, 1945 in Martinsville, to the late Manson and Hazel (Whitaker) Walker.

Linda was a dedicated worker for over 25 years at Arvins in Columbus. She had many hobby’s to keep her entertained through the years whether it be playing euchre, gardening, and spending time at the Franklin Senior Center. Linda’s favorite thing to do was spending time with her family especially with her grandchildren and great grandson. Linda will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband Clarence D. Tackett and brother, Marvin E. Walker

Survivors include her son, Joseph J. (Keona) Tackett of Frankfort; brothers, Ross D. (Gloria) Walker of Plainfield and Donald J. (Chris) Walker of New Boston, Michigan; Sisters, Janet A. (Robert) Marine of Camby, Marilyn S. (Michael) Shelley of Camby, and Nancy M. (John) Tomlinson of Camby; two grandchildren, Nicholas D. Tackett and Jenna L. Tackett; and one great grandson Sylas W. Tackett.
