Lois R. Sanders

Lois R. (Lane) Sanders, 90, Mooresville, passed away April 17, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Lois was born March 8, 1928, Indianapolis, to the late Harley and Almeda (DePugh) Lane. She was united in marriage to Clarence Sanders on November 25, 1947, who preceded her death.

Lois enjoyed decorating her home, tending to her flowers, and was a proud homemaker. Her strong and stubborn personality will be greatly missed by her loving family.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is also preceded in death to her son, Kevin Sanders; and a sister, Shirley Daniels.

Survivors include her children, Ronnie (Cindy) Sanders of Greenwood, Sheila (Frank) Lang of Alexandria, Clarence Sanders of Mooresville, Crystal (Ernest) Herrera of Mooresville, and Dawn (William) Thompson of Mooresville; a brother, David (Patricia) Lane of Plainfield; 16 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
