Marilyn J. Woolls, 84, Camby, passed away November 9, 2018. Mrs. Woolls was born December 27, 1933, in Decatur County, to the late Clarence Redding and Merle (Oldham) Beavers. She married Donald Woolls on August 7, 1985 and he survives.
Marilyn was a member of First Methodist Church in Seymour, Indiana and most recently became a member of Living Christ Lutheran Church. She also was a member of Kappa Kappa Sigma, Kappa Delta and president of Tri Corners Home Extension for 20 years. Marilyn was very capable with crafts which include coloring, flowers, painting, making jewelry, and cooking. Marilyn’s warm and loving nature will be fondly remembered by her loving family and many friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Orville Beavers and first husband, Robert L. Whitehair.
Survivors include her husband, Donald; daughters, Lynda (Dale) Funk of Mooresville and Beckie (Bill) McGuire of Mooresville; son, Paul (Betty) Woolls of California; grandchildren, Heather Suter, Andy (Gaytie) McGuire, John McGuire, Katharine Woolls, and Laura Woolls; and great grandchildren Matthew, Isaac, Keira, Connor.
Friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Marilyn J. Woolls from 4 to 7 p.m., at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, November 15, 2018. The funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. Cremation will take place at the Morgan County Crematory, Mooresville.
