Mildred Henry

MOORESVILLE, IN – Mildred L. Henry, 74, passed away surrounded by her loving family. Born January 25th, 1948 to Eugene and Valera Maxine Kizzee in Beech Grove, Indiana.

A loving mother and home maker to seven children, Mildred passed her time playing cards with her family. She also enjoyed crossword and puzzle books, reading, and N.C.I.S. A drill sergeant at times, she knew what it took to keep a home running.

Mildred is preceded in death by her father, son Leary Henry Jr.; daughter Lori Henry; sisters Diane Dodrill and Judy Simmons; and grandchildren Heather Henry and Brianna Henry.

Mildred is survived by her husband Leary Henry; sons James Henry, Mark Henry (Mark Rose), Brian Henry, and Anthony Henry; daughter Amy Henry; brother David Fitzgerald; grandchildren Courtney Henry, Joseph Colborn, Rachelle Henry, Cheyenne Colborn, Skyler Henry, Sean Henry, Daylen Henry, Abigail Henry, and Weston Harris, 4 great grandchildren and her mother, Maxine Fitzgerald.

Family and friends will gather on Friday, May 13th to receive visitors from the hours of 2 – 4 pm at Carlisle Branson, with funeral services to follow at 4 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
