Misty Dawn Kirby

Misty Dawn Kirby, 50, Indianapolis, passed away September 6, 2018. Misty was born May 16, 1968, in Indianapolis, to Randy Beard and Anita (Hornaday) Cummings.

Misty attended Mooresville High School. She was proud of her vocation as a full time mother and homemaker. Misty was an avid couponer and scrapbooker and also enjoyed an occasional trip to the casino. She will be remembered for her big heart and generosity. Misty was affectionately known as Gamma by her beloved grandchildren. Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving family.

Survivors include her mother, Anita Cummings; father and step-mother, Randy and Lena B. Beard; husband, James Kirby; daughters, Endia Beard, Kasie (Chris Horrell) Hardcastle, Baylee Kirby, and Carlee Kirby; brother, Randy Beard II; sisters, Jessi (Ted) Cooper and Jayme Beard; grandchildren, Adrianna Starr, Brooklyn Beard, Caine Starr, Christopher Horrell, Jr., Kassidy and Klea Horrell; special uncle, Donnie Beard; nieces, Ashley D. Beard and Ollivia M. McKinney; and a nephew, Randall C. Beard.

Friends and family will gather Tuesday, September 11, 2018, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory.
