Nancy Ann Lasiter, 84, of Mooresville, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at her home. Born December 16, 1932 in Indianapolis, Nancy was the daughter of the late Verne E. and Beatrice L. (Miller) Baldauf. On June 18, 1955 she was united in marriage to her loving husband, Roy Leon Lasiter and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2016.
Nancy worked at Indiana National Bank for more than 20 years, where she retired as the administrative assistant to the president of the bank. As a faithful and active member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Mooresville, she was involved in the Women’s Club and Bible Study at the church. Nancy enjoyed reading, playing euchre, and spending quality time with her children and grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Jeff Lasiter.
Survivors include her children, Randy Lasiter of Mooresville, Teresa (Michael) Carpenter of Indianapolis, Janice (Ronald) Koors of Brownsburg, Lisa (Mickey) Kinder of Plainfield, and Karen (Michael) Brenner of Brownsburg; two brothers, James (Denny) Baldauf of Indianapolis, and Thomas (Sandy) Baldauf of St. Croix, Virgin Islands; three sisters, Barbara Baldauf of Crawfordsville, Linda (Joe) Arnot of Indianapolis, and Susan (Bill) Warren of Avon; eight grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Nancy Ann Lasiter from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Mooresville. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Indianapolis.
