Naomi R. Adams

Naomi R. Adams, 92, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 8, 2017 at her home. Born February 24, 1925 in Stuart, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Olga (Lewis) Adams. On February 18, 1945, Naomi was united in marriage to her husband, Jesse “Bud” Adams and he preceded her in death in 1978.

A loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, Naomi loved spending time with her family at their beautiful home in rural Mooresville.

Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert and Buford Adams, and her sister, Hazel Southern.

Survivors include her daughter, Diana S. (Husband: William) Crayton of Mooresville; one brother, Billy Gene Adams of Albuquerque, New Mexico; four grandchildren, Shenan, Patience, Jonah, and Dallas; and seven great grandchildren, Alika, Jonas, Isabella, Gabriel, Elias, Dalynn, Shealynn, and one on the way.
