Oscar Kourany, M.D.

Oscar Kourany, M.D., 85, Zionsville, passed away March 15, 2018. Dr. Kourany graduated from the Indiana University School of Medicine and practiced in Mooresville for 38 years, retiring in 1999.

He was a member of the Indiana Medical Society and the Panama Canal Society.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Portia (McFall) Kourany; sons, Oscar G. (Marilyn) Kourany and Rashid (Hope) Kourany; brother, Edgar (Carol) Kourany, M.D.; grandchildren, Isabelle and Maxwell Kourany.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Dr. Kourany on Friday March 23, 2018, 5 to 7 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
