Patricia Louise Choate

Patricia Louise Haggard Nelms Choate, age 58, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013. Born May 17, 1955, she was the daughter of Eli Haggard and Naomi (Hall) Lahrman. Her mother survives. Other survivors include her children, Douglas Nelms, John C. Nelms, Michelle L. Moore, Roxanna Marie Brooks, Stephanie Hart, Vanessa Velasquez; her siblings, John, Frank, David, Ruth, Cindy, Gini; 17 grandchildren; and her cherished companion, Jack MacCormack. Patricia was preceded in death by her father and siblings Peggy and Ron.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the Good Shepherd Baptist Church, 1150 State Road 144 Mooresville, with burial at West Union Cemetery. Calling will be Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to the Good Shepherd Baptist Church.
