Pauline Ballard Ellis Simpson

Pauline Ballard Ellis Simpson, 88, Mooresville, died June 14, 2011, in Plainfield Health Care Center. Mrs. Simpson was born April 14, 1923, in Liberty, Kentucky, to the late Willie and Bertha (Bell) Earles.

She was a longtime member of the Mooresville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. She was preceded in death by husbands, William E. Ballard, Charles Ellis, and Maurice Simpson; siblings, Lee, Jim, and George Earles, Mildred Whitaker, Besie Merriman, Audry Sawyers, Ruby Barnett, adn Edna Wilson.

Survivors include one son, William E. Ballard, Jr. of Indianapolis; brother, Paul Earles of Mooresville; grandchidlren, Ty Ballard adn Mandy McClellan, both of Indianapolis; five great grandchildren.

Calling hours will not be observed. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011, 2 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 3471 Old State Road 144, Mooresville. Cremation will take place at the Morgan County Crematory, Mooresville. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville.
