Regina Joan Feeney, 58, went to be with her heavenly father on March 24th, 2022 at 12:30 am after a long battle with various health issues.
She was born on December 30th, 1963, to parents William and Mary June Feeney in Brownsburg, Indiana.
After graduating from Brownsburg High School in 1982, Regina went on to provide caretaking services to many families and loved ones; becoming an extended member of every family she worked with.
An avid reader, Regina loved books more than anything in the world; their rich detail and sprawling stories appeased her constant appetite for learning. A lover of both fiction and non-fiction, she never found a story she didn't want to explore. Despite her years of health issues, Regina sought refuge in books, transporting herself to worlds or places in time. Regina also loved to bake and make candies which allowed her family to enjoy her specialties: rock candy, peanut brittle, and dinner rolls. These were especially loved during the Christmas season, which was Regina's favorite time of the year.
Regina is survived by her loving family of nine siblings: Ron (Carol) Feeney, Marty (Mary) Feeney, Denny (Val) Feeney, Karen (Mark) Gardner, Patty (Lenny) Green, Julie (Wes) Washington, Larry Feeney, Tom (Jennifer) Feeney, Kathy (Rodney) Roberts, 11 nephews, 6 nieces, and 5 great-nieces/nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father.
