Richard Barrett "Barry" Andrew

Richard Barrett “Barry” Andrew, 43, Mooresville, passed away February 22, 2016, in Methodist Hospital. Barry was born November 4, 1972, in Clinton, to the late Sheila Sherrill (Weer) and Richard Stephen Andrew, Sr., who survives.

He graduated from Mooresville High School and from Indiana University in 1995. Barry worked for 16 years as an auditor for General Casualty. He also worked for Settle & Sons Excavating. Barry was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Mooresville. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf, cooking, and all sorts of athletics. He was a handy person and could fix just about anything. Barry enjoyed time spent in Florida and being on the beach. Most importantly though, he was happiest with his family, especially spending time with his daughters. Barry will be remembered by a loving family and many friends.

Survivors include his daughters, Jordyn and Braelyn Andrew; father, Richard Stephen Andrew, Sr. of Mooresville; brother, Richard Stephen Andrew, Jr. (Kerrie); sister, Mary Siefert (Brian Burt) of Noblesville; former spouse, Stephanie Andrew of Mooresville; nephews and niece, Keegan, Kaleb, and Kennedy; a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate the life of Barry Andrew on Saturday, February 27, 2016, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. Private inurnment will follow at White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
