Robert D. Girdley

Robert D. Girdley, 80, of New Ross, Indiana, passed away at home October 20, 2019. He was born March 17, 1939 to the late Alvah R. and Elsie (Mitchell) Girdley.

Robert worked as a carpenter for many years in his father’s business. He also enjoyed to travel all over the United States and take photographs. He is going to be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Survivors include, siblings, David (Nancy) Girdley of Bainbridge, Martha (Tim) Turner of Mooresville, and Patty Frahm of Indianapolis.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 25, 2019, 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory. The memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Sedinger officiating.
