Robert H Corbin

Robert H. Corbin, 81 of Mooresville, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 in the comfort of his own home. He was born June 29, 1933 in Jasonville, Indiana to the late Robert M. and Margaret Ailsa (Goldie) Corbin. Robert and his loving wife, Reba Alice (Johnson) “Sally Jo” were united in marriage on October 4, 1952; Sally Jo preceded him in death.
A long-time resident of Mooresville, Robert enjoyed reading, attending local sporting events and making use of the Martinsville YMCA. He worked at the Allison Division of General Motors from 1951 until 1998 retiring as a systems analyst.
Survivors include his children, Sally Amore, Mary Enstrom, Laura Warthen, Robert Bruce Corbin, William Corbin and Alice Cook; two brothers, John Corbin of Jasonville, Indiana and George Corbin of Lyons, Indiana; sister, Mima (Corbin) Haseman of Jasonville; 15 granchildren and four great grandchildren. His son, Craig Corbin also preceded him in death.
