Rolene Ann Followell

80, of Mooresville, passed away on February 28, 2023 at St Francis Hospital Indianapolis, following a brief illness. Rolene was born on February 26, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Charles Chester Webb, Sr. and Pauline (Puckett) Webb.

Family was everything to Roelene. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren every chance she could. Additionally, she enjoyed fishing and playing Slotomania on her phone. Rolene worked as a cook for Decatur Central High School over 23 years before retiring. However, she enjoyed staying active, so she went to work as a member of the Walmart team in Camby for many years, before retiring a second time in 2020. She will be remembered for her kindness, and her loving, caring heart. She will be greatly missed by her loving family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon K. Followell.

She is survived by her daughters Debbie Strunk, Donna Anderson, Denise Montgomery, Monica Bailer; sons Marvin Followell, Daniel Wilson, David Wilson, David Gene Followell, Gary Jacoby; a brother Charles C. Webb, Jr.; 29 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends will gather for Rolene’s Life Celebration® service at a later date.
