Ron L. Stevens, Jr.

Ron L. Stevens, Jr., 51, of Mooresville, passed away March 25, 2019. Ron was born September 10, 1967, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Ronald, Sr. and Sue (Emberton) Stevens.

Ron worked for Kroger as a department head manager of the frozen food. He then changed careers to work for Olin Brass as a forklift operator and also in the construction business. Ron was a very strong willed man that always did things his way. He liked socializing with his friends at the American Legion Post 103, V.F.W. Post 1111, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, of Mooresville. Ron enjoyed listening to music, playing pull tabs, watching NASCAR, Indianapolis Colts, and I.U. sports. He is going to be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Survivors include his mother, Sue Stevens of Mooresville; father, Ronald Sr. (Doris) Stevens of Mooresville; brothers, Don (Karen) Emberton of Monrovia and Dan (Annamarie) Stevens of Beech Grove; sisters of Mooresville, Debbie (Greg) Greene, Denise Collester, and Natalie (Bill) Jones; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 30, 2019, 1 to 4 p.m., in the chapel at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with the service following at 4 p.m. While flowers are welcome, memorial contribution may be made to the American Cancer Society; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
