Sandra Sue Lhamon

81, of Franklin, passed away on September 21, 2023 at St Francis Hospice House. Sandra was born on April 14, 1942 in Van Wert, Ohio to the late Ralph F. Mosure and Katherine W. (Brake) Mosure.

Sandra worked in engineering for Duke Energy for many years, retiring in 2012. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids and great grandkids. Her hobbies include reading, knitting, sewing, painting, and drawing. She will be remembered for her quiet, humble nature, yet strong in her faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Pamela K. Oeschsle and Gloria A. Adelblue.

She is survived by her daughters Michelle Ramirez (Juan), Nicole Robey (Michael), Denise Lhamon; grandchildren Nicholas Robey (Cherie), Quincy Lhamon (Megan), Kevin Robey (Sarah), Jailen Overstreet (Briana), Josue Ramirez, and 10 great grandchildren who will miss her dearly.

Family and friends will gather for Sandra’s Life Celebration® visitation on Tuesday, Sept. 26th from 2-4pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with memorial services beginning at 4pm Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery in Van Wert, Ohio.
