Scott A. Palmer, 60, of Mooresville, was born in Indianapolis on July 29, 1963, to the late Walter Palmer ll and Judith (Plew) Quillen, and she survives.
Scott possessed a big heart and a pure soul, despite a lifetime of many illnesses. He was an inspiration to many during an active life of fun vacations, sporting events, and attending Handicapable Camp of Bradford Woods every summer, which was started by his stepfather, Jim Quillen, of Mooresville, because of Scott.
Scott’s fragile body finally succumbed to his many health issues on November 19, 2023, at his residence with his mom and sister wishing him a gentle journey to his final destination in Heaven.
His family sincerely wants to thank IU Hospice and their many caregivers (angels) for their compassionate care!
