Sue Ann Pierson

84, of Mooresville, passed away on January 1, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. Sue was born on April 29, 1933 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Jess Kisner and Susie (Fromer) Kisner.

After graduating from Tech High School, she married Glendon Pierson on November 6, 1954 after a short courtship. In 2017, they celebrated their 63rd Anniversary! Sue worked as a secretary for People’s Bank in her younger years. However, once she and Glen decided to start their family, she left the business world to focus on their family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Carol and brothers; Jess Kisner Jr. and Don Kisner.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Glendon Pierson, children; Jeff (Lori) Pierson, Dan (Nina) Pierson, Brad (Gaynell) Pierson, Karen Pierson, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-6pm at Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
