Terry Wayne Keith

Terry Wayne Keith, 57, of Mooresville, passed peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.   Born in McMinnville, Tennessee, Terry's story began on July 27, 1966, when he was born to the late Bobby Keith and Jimmie Diane (Miller) Smith.  

He graduated from McMinnville High School.  Terry worked as a warehouse manager for many years until his health declined.  On February 5, 2024, he married his best friend and life partner of over nineteen years, Amy Mast.

A man of unwavering devotion, Terry thrived in the role of a family man. Terry's true joys came from the simple pleasures in life - singing with joy in the solitude of his shower, and cherishing moments with his beloved family. His proudest accomplishments were not measured by material success but by the bonds he nurtured with his family. He greatly enjoyed visits to flea markets, where he sought treasures for himself and others.  He also enjoyed fishing. A connoisseur of grilling out, he enjoyed grilling anything and everything. In the realm of hobbies and interests, Terry found solace and passion in his obsession with muscle cars, particularly adoring GTO's. The roar of their engines mirrored the fire within his soul - fierce, enduring, and bold.

As we bid farewell to Terry Wayne Keith, we take comfort in knowing that his spirit lives on in the hearts of those he left behind. He is survived by his cherished family members including his wife, Amy Keith of Mooresville; sons, Jayden Keith of Mooresville, Terry Keith of Plainfield, Cody (significant other, Makayla) Delhagen of Noblesville, Cordell (wife, Jordan) Delhagen of Mooresville, and Colton (wife, Morgan) Delhagen of Mays; daughters, Paislee Keith of Mooresville, Aerianna Keith of Mooresville, and Amber Keith of Indianapolis; brothers, Johnny Ware of Indianapolis, Michael Young of McMinnville, TN, and Lane Keith of McMinnville, TN; sisters, Kimberly Milstead of McMinnville, TN and Dori Keith of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Hailee Keith, Amiayah Ballard, Christopher Delhagen, Elouise Delhagen, Vivian Delhagen, and Carter Delhagen; and father and mother in law, Dan and Barbara Remy of Rushville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Keith; mother, Jimmie Diane Smith; and son, Christopher Keith.

Family and friends are invited to visit on Monday, March 25, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the chapel at Carlilse-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory in Mooresville. Terry's Life Celebration® Service will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at the funeral home.  There will be an hour of visiting prior.  Following the service, he will be laid to rest in White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
