Tim Kelly, 61, of Camby, passed away suddenly January 5, 2019. He was born November 22, 1957, in Indianapolis, to the late Joseph J. Kelly and Mary A. (Lyons) Hall.
Tim proudly served for the United States Marine Corps. For 23 years he worked for Fed-Ex Freight as a truck driver. During his time with Fed-Ex Freight he also was a driving instructor and had a reputation of making his drivers well prepared for the open road. Tim enjoyed fishing, boating, and Sony PlayStation 4. Tim also enjoyed going to car shows to show off his newest toy, a ‘66 El Camino, but most of all he loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, and cats. His humorous nature is going to be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife, Crystal Kelly of Camby; two sons, Timothy E. Kelly of Indianapolis and Robby (Lensey) Whitfield of Indianapolis; two daughters, Tiffany (Jonathan) Lane of Franklin and Mistian Whitfield of Brownsburg; a brother Mike Kelly of West Lafayette; and 7 grandchidren, Lennox, Aubrey, Siddalee, Sylas, Carmine, Averey, Jackson.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate the life of Tim Kelly will be Saturday, January 19, 2019, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory.
