Tina Huff Madge, 80, Mooresville, died December 26, 2014, at the Waters in Martinsville. She was born February 23, 1934, in Liberty, Kentucky, to the late Willie and Murl (King) Huff.
She attended Mooresville High School and worked for 25 years at Esterline Angus in Speedway. Tina had been a member of Big Walnut Baptist Church and more recently a member of Waverly Baptist Church. An avid bowler and bicyclist, she was a gold medalist in the Senior Olympics in both bowling and bicycling. She also enjoyed participating in the Hilly Hundred. She will be fondly remembered by a loving family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Tandy, Flavia, Rita, and Naomi; step-sons, Robert Madge, Jr. and Terrence Madge.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Madge; children, Gary McCammack (Debbie) of Martinsville; Beverly Griffith (John) of Martinsville, Denise Westlake (Jamie) of Florida, and Lora Wheeler of Indianapolis; brother, Herschel Huff; step-daughter, Pamela Summers; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; four step grandchildren.
The funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m., Friday, January 2, 2015, in the chapel at
Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 2 to 5 p.m., Thursday, January 1, 2015.
