Virginia "Jinny" D. Chambers

Virginia 'Jinny' D. Chambers, 90, of Plainfield died Sunday, December 1, 2013 in Danville. She was born August, 18, 1923 in Chicago, IL to the late Clarence and Josephine Real.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, John W. Chambers and son, David A. Wallace (wife Vicky who survives).

She was a longtime member of the First Christian Church in Mooresville, where she was very active in many church ministries.

She is survived by her two sons, Gerald 'Jerry' A. Wallace (Kathy) of Plainfield and Jeffrey L. Wallace (Trudy) of Mooresville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Noon, Thursday December 5, 2013 at Carlisle- Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, with burial to follow at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville. Visitation will be held from 11:00AM until the service at Noon at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the First Christian Church in Mooresville, 525 N Indiana St, Mooresville, IN 46158.
